Refund and Return Policy
At Yo Soy we work to offer you the best possible dining experience. Due to the nature of our products (prepared food and perishable goods), our return policy complies with current regulations and the characteristics of our service.
1. Perishable products
According to the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, food and immediate consumption products are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal.
For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
2. Order cancellations
You can cancel your order at no additional cost as long as it has not yet been prepared.
If the order is already in preparation or has been handed over to the delivery person, cancellation will not be possible.
3. Order errors or incidents
If you receive an incorrect, incomplete or defective order:

After verifying the issue, we will offer you a quick solution: replacement of the product, a voucher, or, in justified cases, a refund of the corresponding amount.
4. Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used for the order.
